Local Boards of Education to Furnish Information and File Records; State Superintendent of Education to Provide Data; Rules and Regulations

(a) All local boards of education are required, in order to receive state funds, to furnish all such information and to file such records and reports as may be required by the State Board of Education. (b) The State Superintendent of Education shall provide to the Legislative Fiscal Office and the Department of Finance any and all data necessary to enable those departments to calculate the cost of the Foundation Program and other funding provisions of this article. (c) The State Superintendent of Education and the State Board of Education are hereby authorized and required to promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations as may be necessary to implement the provisions of this article.
