AMENDED BY ACT 2026-542, EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026. SEE ACT FOR REVISED LANGUAGE. The Supreme Court of Alabama shall prescribe the different forms used for bail bonds and shall publish the forms in the Alabama Rules of Criminal Procedure. The Supreme Court may change the forms from time to time as the court deems necessary but the forms and their terms shall conform to the terms of this chapter or any other laws of the State of Alabama.
