For the purposes of this article, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) FOOD STAMP COUPON. Any coupon, stamp or type of certificate issued pursuant to the provisions of the Food Stamp Act of 1977. (2) FOOD STAMP AUTHORIZATION CARD. A document issued by the state agency to an eligible household which shows the total value of coupons the household is authorized to receive during each month pursuant to the provisions of the Food Stamp Act of 1977.
