Financial Exploitation of an Adult with a Disability - Third Degree

(a) The financial exploitation of an adult with a disability in which the value of the property taken does not exceed five hundred dollars ($500) constitutes financial exploitation of an adult with a disability in the third degree. (b) Financial exploitation of an adult with a disability in the third degree is a Class A misdemeanor.
