(a) A person commits the crime of hindering transportation of commodities if, intentionally and without lawful authority, he forcibly stops or hinders the operation of any vehicle transporting farm or commercial products within the state for the purpose of delaying the transportation or interfering with the loading or unloading of farm or commercial products. (b) Hindering transportation of commodities is a Class B misdemeanor.
