(a) The Administrative Director of Courts shall forthwith inventory all equipment and furniture utilized in the operation of circuit courts and all other trial courts, except probate courts and municipal courts. This inventory shall indicate the agency or office where the property is located, the type and classification of property, its age, its purchase cost and the government agency possessing title. The clerks and registers of the respective circuits and their administrative staffs shall provide assistance in the formulation of the inventory as requested by the Administrative Director of Courts. (b) The inventory shall be submitted to the county commission for approval. The county commission may object in writing to inclusion of any items in the inventory. (c) The determination of the Administrative Director of Courts as to the items to be transferred to the state shall be final unless modified by a court of competent jurisdiction.
