Alabama Code § 10A-8A-3.04

Statement of Denial

A person named in a filed statement of authority granting that person authority may deliver to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of denial that: (1) provides: (A) the name of the partnership; (B) the date the statement of authority to which the statement of denial pertains was filed by the filing officer; and (C) the unique identifying number or other designation assigned to the partnership by the Secretary of State; and (2) denies the grant of authority. A statement of denial is a limitation on authority as provided in Section 10A-8A-3.03.
