(a) The name of a benefit corporation must comply with Section 10A-1-5.04(e). (b) Any stock certificate issued by a benefit corporation, and any information statement delivered by a benefit corporation pursuant to Section 10A-2A-6.26(b), must note conspicuously that the corporation is a benefit corporation subject to this chapter.
