(a) Unless otherwise provided for in the governing principles, a member shall not have any fiduciary duty to a decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association or to any other member of the decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association merely by reason of being a member. (b) A member acting on behalf of the decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association shall discharge his or her duties in a manner the member reasonably believes to be in the best interest of the nonprofit association.
