Certificate of Correction. (Amended by 2026-495)

AMENDED BY ACT 2026-495, EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2026. SEE ACT FOR REVISED LANGUAGE. The certificate of correction must: (1) state the name of the entity; (2) identify the filing instrument to be corrected by description and date of filing with the filing officer; (3) identify the inaccuracy, error, or defect to be corrected; and (4) state in corrected form the portion of the filing instrument to be corrected.
