Key requirements

• EB-1A: sustained acclaim + a major award OR 3 of 10 criteria
• EB-1B: international recognition + 3+ years experience + a US employer offer
• EB-1C: 1 year abroad with the multinational in the past 3 years + a US managerial/executive role
