York, a resident citizens of the State of Missouri, to recover the sum due to the State under a lease contract made between the parties. No service of citation Avas made on appellant within this State, hut notice was served upon him in the State of Missouri in accordance with articles 1230, 1231, 1232, 1233, Revised Statutes.…
