OPINION GORDON, Chief Justice. Plaintiffs/appellants petitioned for review of a court of appeals’ decision affirming the trial court’s assessment of damages against plaintiffs pursuant to A.R.S. § 33-420(A) and attorney’s fees against counsel pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-349.
