Cobb, J. On October 30, 1893, Mrs. Wilhelmina I. Steiner executed and delivered to John P. Gibson a security deed, under the provisions of section 1969 et sequitur of the Code of 1882, to a certain described tract of land, to secure a debt of $6,000 due the grantee, who gave to the grantor a bond conditioned to reconvey the property upon payment of the debt.
