BEAM, Circuit Judge. Wayne Baker appeals the ruling of the district court affirming an administrative law judge’s denial of social security disability benefits. Because the administrative law judge (ALJ) failed to consider Baker’s inability to work on a full-time basis, there is not substantial evidence to support the ALJ’s decision.
