HAYES, Special Judge, dissenting. I am unable to join with the majority in concluding that the evidence supports the trial court’s finding that the Husband is voluntarily underemployed. I find from the evidence, as did the referee, that the proof supports modification of child support based upon a substantial change of circumstances and modification of alimony based upon the Husband’s ability to pay.<footnotem…
