RIPPLE, Circuit Judge. This case is an appeal from the denial of Social Security disability benefits to Benny Walker by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the Secretary). Mr. Walker seeks disability benefits for the period from December 12, 1981 to December 29, 1983.
