EDWIN F. HUNTER, Jr., Senior District Judge: On April 20, 1991, Joseph Seals was stopped pursuant to a routine traffic violation. A search of the vehicle revealed the presence of cocaine and a firearm. This precipitated the criminal proceedings below. After trial by jury, defendant was found guilty on all charges.
