PER CURIAM: This appeal arises from the district court’s grant of defendant’s motion for entry of judgment of acquittal under Fed.R. Crim.P. 29 on charges that defendant trafficked and attempted to traffic in counterfeit Rolex watches in violation of 18 U.S.C. A. § 2320(a). We reverse and remand with the direction that the case be reassigned to a different district judge.…
