POSNER, Circuit Judge. An indictment charged Humberto Lechuga with having in his possession more than 500 grams of cocaine, with the intention of distributing the cocaine; and also with having conspired with Evelio Pinto and unnamed others to distribute the cocaine. 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 (a)(1), 846. The jury convicted Lechu-ga on both counts, and the judge sentenced him to 75 months in prison…
