WILKINSON, Circuit Judge: Henry Alexander Crockett, his wife Regina Armstrong Crockett, and Thressa Crews were indicted in federal court for distributing the drug phencyclidine (PCP). Regina Crockett pled guilty. Mr. Crockett and Ms. Crews were tried and convicted. Mr. Crockett received a 30 year sentence; Ms. Crews received a six month sentence.
