This was a suit by a trustee in bankruptcy on a policy of fire-insurance which had been previously transferred by Screws, •the debtor, to Everett, Ridley, Ragan Company, one of his creditors, and by them surrendered to the trustee, under the provisions of the bankrupt act, § 57 g, with a view of having their debt proved as an unsecured claim.
