Cupp, J. {¶ 1} Marvin and Mary Ruth Benfield, appellees, contracted with appellant, Taylor Building Corporation of America (“Taylor”) to build a house on the Benfields’ land in Clermont County, Ohio. That contract contained an arbitration provision.
