COOPER, Justice. Appellant was convicted in the Pulaski Circuit Court of three counts of first-degree sodomy and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was sentenced to confinement for twenty years on each of the sodomy convictions and confinement for one year on each of the sexual abuse convictions, all to run concurrently each with the others.
