HUSKINS, Justice. We overrule defendant’s assignments of error based on denial of his motions for nonsuit and to set aside the verdict. The evidence is overwhelmingly sufficient to carry the case to the jury and to support the verdict. Likewise, defendant’s third assignment addressed to the charge has no merit and cannot be sustained. The court’s charge on circumstantial evidence is free from prejudicial error. We therefore p…
