WILLIAM RAY PRICE, JR., Judge. A jury convicted Richard Strong of two counts of first degree murder for killing Eva Washington and Zandrea Thomas. The trial court adopted the jury’s penalty phase verdict and sentenced Strong to death. As a result, this Court has exclusive jurisdiction of his appeal. Mo. Const, art. Y, sec. 3.
