Douglas, J. Appellant presents a number of issues for our consideration. (See Appendix, infra.) We have considered appellant’s propositions of law, independently weighed the aggravating circumstances against the evidence of mitigation, and reviewed appellant’s death sentence for appropriateness and proportionality.
