OPINION O’BRIEN, Justice. Defendant, Randy Dwayne Hurley, appeals from his conviction for first degree murder of Daniel R. “Sarge” West. He was found guilty of premeditated first degree murder, and of felony murder. He was also convicted of armed robbery.
