11 Dayva Cross killed three people — his wife and two of her three daughters. The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office sought the death penalty. After Cross pleaded guilty to three counts of aggravated first degree murder and one count of kidnapping, a sentencing jury sentenced him to death.
