Cook, J. In this appeal, Bey advances twenty-two propositions of law. (See Appendix, infra.) We have considered each of Bey’s propositions of law, independently weighed the aggravating circumstance against mitigating factors, and reviewed the death penalty for appropriateness and proportionality.
