Alice Robie Resnick, J. In this appeal, Ballew advances nine propositions of law. Finding none meritorious, we affirm his convictions. We have also independently weighed the aggravating circumstance against mitigating factors, and compared the sentence to those imposed in similar cases, as R.C. 2929.05(A) requires.
