OPINION WADE, Judge. The defendant, Antonio Erasmo Alvarado, was convicted of attempted felony murder, aggravated assault, aggravated rape and aggravated burglary. The jury acquitted the defendant of the charge of theft of property. The trial court imposed a Range I, effective sentence of fifty (50) years and approved fines totaling $70,000.
