¶1 Sanders, J. This case arises under the public disclosure act (PDA), chapter 42.17 RCW. Tim Connor and Rhubarb Sky, L.L.C., intervenors/petitioners, seek reversal of a published Court of Appeals opinion affirming the superior court’s dismissal of their claims and denial of fees, costs, and sanctions for the alleged PDA violations.
