RIPPLE, Circuit Judge. Sandra Rice brought an action against Sunrise Express, Inc. (“Sunrise Express”) for violating the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA” or “the Act”) after Sunrise Express terminated her upon, her return from a medical leave.
