MAGRUDER, Circuit Judge. On this appeal the question presented may be stated simply, but the answer is not free from difficulty. A car driven by defendant’s testator collided in Maine with a car driven by the plaintiff, injuring both the plaintiff and his wife, who was a passenger. The wife sued and recovered, judgment.
