OPINION ON APPELLANT’S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW MILLER, Judge. Appellant was convicted of attempted murder under V.T.C.A. Penal Code, § 19.-02(a)(2) by a jury; punishment was assessed at 30 years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.
