The question on this appeal is whether Phillips Petroleum Company, a purchaser of casinghead gas from Stahl Petroleum Company, owed interest on Stahl’s portion of the increased prices which Phillips had collected from its interstate purchasers pending final approval of its rate increases by the Federal Power Commission.
