KELLY, J. (dissenting). I agree with the Court of Appeals that the trial court erred by denying defendant’s motions to suppress and to strike the evidence provided by Trooper Jason Varoni. The trooper’s questions of defendant were not reasonably related to the purpose of the traffic stop.
