Per Curiam. A circuit court jury convicted the defendant of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, but the Court of Appeals reversed on the ground that the defendant had been denied effective assistance of trial counsel. Because the circuit court’s findings of fact were not clearly erroneous and its conclusions of law are correct, we agree with the circuit court that the defendant’s trial attorneys were not ineffective.
