SULLIVAN, J. Defendant was charged by information with three counts of robbery (Pen. Code, § 211) 1 (counts 1, 3 and 5), three counts of kidnaping for the purpoose of robbery (§209) (counts 2, 4, and 6), and a prior felony conviction.
