Justice KOURLIS dissenting: In my view, the trial judge’s decision to exclude certain evidence as a sanction for a discovery violation was within her discretion. Furthermore, if this evidence was offered solely to impeach T.B., it was of limited value in the context of all the other impeachment evidence.
