Chief Judge Breitel. Defendant appeals from a conviction, after nonjury trial, for leaving the scene of an accident without reporting property damage (Vehicle and Traffic Law, § 600). He was sentenced to an unconditional discharge and his motor vehicle operator’s license revoked. The Appellate Term affirmed, without opinion.
