PER CURIAM. In this case we must determine whether punitive damages are available in an unseaworthiness action brought by a Jones Act seaman under general maritime law. In addressing such a claim, the court of appeals reversed a take nothing judgment against Respondent Richard Williams, holding that punitive damages were recoverable by Jones Act seamen in unseaworthiness actions.…
