CONWAY, District Judge: In January 1992, Pamela Armstrong filed suit against Flowers Hospital, Inc. alleging a violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a)(1) and (2), as amended by the Pregnancy Discrimination Act of 1978 (“PDA”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e(k).
