Derrick LeKeith O'Neal was indicted for the offense of possession of cocaine, in violation of § 13A-12-212 (a)(1), Code of Alabama 1975. The jury found O'Neal guilty as charged in the indictment; he was sentenced to seven years in the state penitentiary, and an application for probation was entered.
