DENECKE, J. The principal question is whether the plaintiff alleged and proved conduct of the defendants which amounts to a tort of some nature. In this court the defendants sought to have us reexamine the evidence. As we have so often stated, we cannot reweigh the evidence and if there is any evidence to support the verdict of the jury, we must affirm.…
