Mr. Justice Rutledge, with whom Mr. Justice Douglas and Mr. Justice Murphy concur, dissenting. I would make a different disposition of the case. I think a deeper vice infects these convictions than their apparent invalidity for vagueness of the Utah statute, first suggested on the original argument here, even if further construction by the Utah courts…
