dissenting. I dissent. These two cases raise questions concerning the standards to be applied in granting workmen’s compensation benefits for a mental disability. The decision of the majority in these cases violates the clear language, meaning and intent of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, Act of June 2, 1915, P.L. 736, as amended, 77 P.S. §§ 1-1603, and will work a substantial injustice to numerous deserving claimants.</…
