LOKEN, Circuit Judge. This is an action by Linda and Reginald Johnson against Aaron Crooks, a deputy sheriff for Gage County, Nebraska. The Johnsons allege that Crooks stopped Ms. Johnson’s car, not for a traffic violation, but because she is an African-American.
