GONZALEZ, Justice, dissenting. I respectfully dissent. Mrs. King failed to offer any evidence that Dr. Bauer deviated from the proper standard of care. I would therefore affirm the judgment of the court of appeals. In a medical malpractice case the plaintiff has the burden to prove by expert testimony the standard of care. In Hood v.
